The Designfilm cutting flex in adhesive polyurethane consists of a self-adhesive PET film. It has a thickness of 0.055 mm ±10% for gold and silver versions. The adhesive transfers by heat at 160 °C, medium pressure of 2.5 to 3.0 bar, and duration of 15 seconds, followed by a second pressing of 3 seconds.
