Return Policy

Would you like to return one or more items that are not suitable for you?

You have 14 days from the delivery of your order to submit a return request from the "My Orders" section of your customer account, selecting the reason « item not suitable ».

• For individual customers, the refund will be issued without penalty, excluding return shipping costs.

• For businesses, self-employed customers, associations and/or where our system identifies an order as being intended for professional use, your return request may be declined after review by our teams.
  If the return is approved, a 25% handling fee will be deducted from the amount, in addition to the return shipping costs.

Once your return has been approved, you may return the item at your own expense using a carrier of your choice or use a prepaid label provided by us, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund.

Once the 14-day period has expired, we will no longer be able to process your return request. Any parcel returned without a return number will automatically be refused.

Refunds are issued no later than 14 calendar days after receipt of the returned item.

Items must be returned in their original condition

For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned (masks, underwear, etc.), nor can goods that have been unsealed.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were delivered to you.
Items that have been worn, washed, printed or altered (embroidery, screen printing, flex, transfer, etc.) cannot be returned.

Liability

Returned items remain your responsibility, so we recommend obtaining proof of postage for your parcel.

Would you like to exchange an item?

We do not accept exchanges. Please submit a return request and place a new order.

Is an item faulty or missing?

Please submit your claim directly from your customer account by selecting the appropriate reason.
