If you are not satisfied with some of your items, you can request a return via your customer account.

From the "My Orders" section, you can click on the order in question and click on the "More Options" button to make your request.

Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the package. The return conditions applicable to individuals and professionals are different. You will find more information in our Terms and Conditions (Article 13).
