Where is my order?

You can track the progress of your order at any time in your account.

Here are the different stages:

- awaiting payment: You have not paid for your order yet. You can do so by selecting a payment method from the drop-down menu.

- being prepared : Your order has been confirmed and our logistics team is preparing your parcel.

- parcel being prepared : Your order is ready! The parcel will soon be handed over to the carrier.

- order dispatched : The parcel has been handed over to the carrier. Click the tracking link to find out where your parcel is.
