How can I pay for my order?

What payment methods are accepted?

• Credit card
• PayPal
• Payment in 4 installments with PayPal (subject to eligibility)
• Bank transfer
• Administrative purchase order (for public administrations only)

Bank transfer: how does it work?

• Your order is confirmed and prepared upon receipt of payment.
• Our finance department manually checks transfers twice a day (early morning and early afternoon).
• Instant transfers are processed in the same way.

Can I pay by administrative order?

• Payment by administrative purchase order is accepted.
• To use this method, you must confirm your shopping cart on the website and then select "administrative purchase order" as your payment method at checkout.
• The order is then registered and given "awaiting payment" status. The information in the confirmation email (bank details) allows you to send us a valid purchase order by replying directly to the same message.
• The estimated delivery date is recalculated after the administrative purchase order has been checked and the order preparation process has begun.

Can I change the payment method for an unpaid order?

Yes. Go to your customer account, open the order in question, and use the drop-down menu to change the payment method.
