How do I make a bank transfer?

• Your order is validated and prepared upon receipt of payment.
• Our finance department manually checks transfers twice a day (early morning and early afternoon).
• Instant transfers are processed in the same way.

Can I change the payment method for an unpaid order?

Yes, go to your customer area, open the order concerned and use the drop-down menu to change the payment method.
