Where can I find my order invoice?

The invoice is issued when the parcel is dispatched. As soon as your parcel is being prepared, the invoice will be available as a PDF in your customer account.

Please note that, for confidentiality reasons, we do not send invoices by email. You must therefore download your invoice from your customer account.
