When will I receive my refund?

Following an order cancellation, a return, or if items are missing, the amount will be refunded directly to the payment method used*.

Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

*For payments made by bank transfer: please log in to your customer account and enter your bank details under "Billing / Documents".
