Does e-invoicing apply to my business?

Mandatory e-invoicing for SMEs is expected to come into effect on 1 September 2027, subject to any changes to the official timetable.

Until then, the invoice will remain available as a PDF in the customer account as soon as the parcel has been shipped.

To prepare for this reform, businesses established in France must check their account settings. The account must be registered as a business account, with a valid SIRET number entered under « Billing address ».
